We're on the lookout for passionate individuals with a spark for hands-on excellence to join dynamic team as Trainee CNC Programmer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join team as a Trainee CNC Programmer in Banbury, a leading metal manufacturing company.

This is a full-time position, temp to perm with a focus on training and development in CNC programming.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire proficiency in the essentials of CNC programming through our specialised training program.
Collaborate closely with seasoned programmers and operators to grasp workflow intricacies and industry best practices.
Assist in the setup and adjustment of CNC machines to ensure smooth production runs.
Conduct regular quality checks to uphold the precision and accuracy of fabricated metal components. Work closely with the quality control team to address any deviations from specifications.
Participate in routine maintenance activities to maintain optimal functioning of CNC machines.
Promptly report any malfunctions or issues for swift resolution.
Adhere rigorously to safety protocols, promoting a secure working environment, and actively engage in safety training sessions.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm
Friday: 7:00 am to 2:00 pm

Benefits:

Salary £24,000 £26,000 per annum depending on experience
