Job Title:
Care Team Leader

Location:
Downpatrick, County Down

Salary:
£22,000 to £26,000 p.a. + overtime
We are working with a great organisation who are a market leader in providing care within the community.

Within this role you would be responsible for ensuring your customers and carers receive the best quality service.

Care is provided within the customers home, as such you may be required to travel so a drivers licence is essential.

This role would suit someone with care supervisor experience or someone who has worked as a Senior Carer and wants to progress their career as full support and training will be provide.

Within this role you will supervise Carers out in the field, carry out spot checks and quality audits and undertake customer service reviews.

Previous experience of working in elderly care
Strong communication skills
To be a team player, with a flexible attitude and positive outlook
Be able to pay strong attention to detail
Have experience of supervising a small Team of Carers
Strong organisational and time management skills
To be able to think fast on your feet and make quick decisions

**As Care Team Leader you will be required to: - **- Monitor quality of care via service reviews, care plan & medication auditing

Manage your own diary to visit customers as required and to meet compliance standards
Assist the Registered Manager with day to day operations
Respond and resolve customer queries
Assist with inducting and supervising of new Carers to the organisation
Develop strong working relationships with carers and clients
Be part of the On-Call Team
