Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages for customers
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks to tables
- Assess customers' needs and provide a quick and sleek service
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Ensure coronavirus regulations are being met by all customers
- Restock and replenish bar stock and snacks
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- At times be the responsible person for the pub, customer experience, regulations and also be confident locking up on your own
Skills
- proven work experience as a bar person is ideal
- Good knowledge of alcoholic drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Flexible, including working over bank holidays, Christmas, (including Christmas Day) & New Years Eve, and covering staff holidays
Job Types:
Part-time, Temp to perm
Salary:
£8.49-£10.42 per hour

All staff are asked to keep them and customers safe by keeping a safe distance, cleaning regularly and not allowing customers to stand or sit at the bar once served.
Experience:
