Lincolnshire Community Heath Services are looking for Registered Nursing Associates or soon to be Registered Nursing Associates to join their Gainsborough Community Nursing Team

The positions are available on a full or part time basis across a 7 day period. We cover the hours of 8:00am to 6:30pm predominantly using Early and Late shifts.


We offer a 12-week induction programme for our new starters to support them in settling into their new role and provide development opportunities.

A preceptorship programme is also delivered for our newly qualified staff.


As a Registered Nursing Associate within the community nursing team you will be responsible for contributing to the assessment, planning & delivery of care to patients in their own homes & care homes with a degree of autonomy.

You will therefore need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be motivated & flexible in your approach to care delivery.


You must hold a range of clinical skills suitable for the work environment and be willing to learn & develop into the role.

Some of the main clinical duties include;
Wound care including assessment and dressing of complex wounds

Administration of medications

Catheterisations, catheter care & continence assessments

Palliative care, and

Overseeing a small caseload with the support of a case manager
