Insurance Adviser:
Eton, Berkshire - Salary £18,000 to £25,000 with an excellent benefits package
Jigsaw Recruitment are working alongside a well known and highly regarded Insurance Brokerage, due to their continued growth, our client is looking to recruit additional Insurance Adviser's to join their busy team

Previous Insurance experience is not essential for this position, however a previous sales/customer service background, a good team working ethos and excellent levels of motivation are required

The Role of Insurance Adviser:

Fast-paced, customer focused sales position that will challenge you, develop you and reward you with salary increases and a bonus structure that reflects your contribution.

Working in a friendly, target-driven sales environment where teamwork and positivity are part of the company culture, the Insurance Sales Advisor position will demand the very best of your sales and customer services skills as you deal with new and existing customers, both over the phone and face to face.

You will be looking for the opportunity to cross sell and maximise overall sales.

Skills and Experience Required:

Previous experience working within the Insurance sector is preferred, experience of a sales and customer service environment would be a massive advantage
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be dealing with customers of different ages and backgrounds on a daily basis
Self Motivated, working within a sales environment you will need to be motivated by targets and have the drive to meet them
Good level of education and Strong literacy & numeracy skills
Ability develop relationships and work in a team environment
Excellent telephone manner with great rapport building skills
Ability to think on your feet and identify sales opportunities
