Description

Econ Engineering Ltd is the UK's largest supplier of Winter maintenance vehicles and are currently looking to recruit an additional stores person for our busy stores department.


The successful applicant will work along-side our current team, providing an effective service to both production and the service parts department.

Processing works orders, and deliveries from outside suppliers. Maintaining an accurate stock level at all times.

To be considered for this role the key skills required are as follows

  • Experience working in a stores environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Be able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
  • Be selfmotivated

Duties to include:

  • Maintain stock control
  • Receipt of goods in unload goods and check
  • Prepare parcels for delivery
  • Picking of kits for factory operatives
  • Issuing parts over stores counter and booking goods out
Applicants need to be flexible, reliable, hardworking and willing to work overtime when the seasonal products demand.


Hours of work are 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm with a lunch break of one hour.

Overtime may also be available.
