  • Job description
Owing to the career advancement of the current postholder, we are seeking to appoint an Administrator (Records and
Programmes) to join the Records Team at an exciting time as we look to adapt our existing administration processes
to support the academic growth of the University.

The Records Team is an integral part of the wider Student Administration team responsible for all administrative
functions relating to student records including timetabling, student registration, student loan administration and the
co-ordination and management of graduation events. The dedicated and friendly team is responsible for providing a
high level of customer service to all students, colleagues and external parties.

The successful postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of functions relating to programme record
set up and maintenance, programme registration and external reporting. They will work closely across the Student
Administration team, contributing as necessary to all aspects of Student Administration activity.

independently. They will also be able to demonstrate good IT skills along with the ability to manage time efficiently
