Role Overview
Are you a master of messaging? A maestro of morale? We're on the hunt for an Internal Communications & Workplace Experience Executive to join our People team here at tombola.
As the custodian of communication and culture within our organisation, you'll be responsible for keeping our employees informed, and feeling connected.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing a comprehensive internal communications strategy that reflects tombola's values, culture, and business objectives.
- Create an Internal Communications Calendar, working with all other departments on planning campaigns and linking in Flutter events and key national days
- Collaborate on Manager newsletters and communication roundups, including sourcing content and ensuring key stakeholders are involved in cocreating the content.
- Supporting event management, planning across all tombola locations for communication, in person and virtual events, as well as socials and charity events to foster team spirit and camaraderie.
- Ensure that people initiatives are wellcommunicated, successfully landing within the organisation, and regularly review their success.
- Create engaging content for various internal communication channels.
- Look for opportunities to contribute to, and excite our people on events.
- Work with the Employer Brand team to create a handover process that will ensure that we're passing on great content for our social media channels to amplify our EVP
What we need from you
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, coupled with a talent for storytelling and the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- As a collaborative team player, you should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- It will be great if you have previous experience using Microsoft Office suite and other communication tools and platforms as this is something you will use daily.
