SeniorProject Manager - Regulatory Change - Financial Services - Remote Working
My client is a leading UK Banking Group, offering financial products across Retail, Business, Private, Wealth and Investment Banking.

Sitting across Retail & Commercial banking, there is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, business change focused,Project Manager to join a key regulatory transformation programme and play a leading role in the successful implementation of the reg requirement.

Key Requirements
1.

You will need a minimum of 10 years' experience in delivering change and must have worked on regulatory change programmes within a business environment (at least 5 at a Senior Project Manager level)
You will need to have experience in running large projects within a financial services business environment and dealing with stakeholders at a CEO2 level.
You must be proactive and able to deliver in an Agile way working with a Scrum Master, team of Business Analysts and demanding Business SME's to drive progress and influence approach to drive for success.
Senior Stakeholder management experience is very necessary and the ability to gain buy in/continued engagement is crucial.
Preferred skills and experience delivery of agile ways of working into a business customer journey orientated environment, agile planning, delivery, facilitation, risk management, stakeholder management, agile working practices
