We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team here at Omnia People as a Trainee Teaching Assistant in Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to kick-start their career in the teaching profession.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the teacher with classroom management and planning
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils
Assisting with the preparation and delivery of lessons
Helping to create a safe and engaging learning environment
Contributing to pupil progress tracking and assessment
Assisting with administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

A keen interest in education and working with children
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
A desire to pursue a career in teaching
