- LONG TERM TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT
About Our Client:
Working for a large Business services organisation.
Rent Accounting and Debit Control
Inputting information into the rents system
Processing all payment methods and providing full reconciliations
Maintenance of standing orders, salary deductions and other similar functions
Assist with the annual rent increase process
Correspondence with tenants
Statistical returns
Registering and updating invoices
Maintaining the system
The Successful Applicant:
We are looking for someone who ideally has a knowledge of working within Rent Accounting and can commit to a 8 month temporary assignment.
