Valeco Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client, who are an established family run business where you will be part of a hands on, roll up your sleeves team based at Newbridge.


We are working exclusively with this brand, and are delighted to find a superstar administrator to join their small sales function.


What will you be doing?

  • Processing sales orders(not selling or conducting sales) onto the internal database system
  • Inventory checks and reporting
  • Coordinating and scheduling deliveries
  • Liaising with internal departments including sales, deliveries and management
  • Ensuring website pricing is accurate and updated
  • Preparing documents and reports when required
  • Generating invoices, processing payments when required coupled with supporting your line manager with ad hoc tasks.

What are we looking for?

  • Organised and love organising your own workload but also supporting your colleagues when required
  • PC literate, comfortable working on Word, Excel and Outlook
  • First class communication skills and be able to communicate with people at all levels
  • Able to commute to the office at Newbridge, the office team made the decision after working hybrid that the role and team are more productive in the office.
