Working closely with the directors, you will research local markets to establish appropriate valuations.

With the support of the team, you will assist with collating data and completing valuation reports for varied schemes and purchases, ranging from smallto large housing sites.

This will include researching local markets and completing valuation reports.

Primarily office-based, you'll also contact local councils and estate agencies and help the team meet company targets.

You'll need an RICS-accredited degree and some knowledge of valuations and residential property.

Hungry to succeed and motivated to become chartered.
