Job Specification for Stores Person

  • Place purchase orders on a Customer Relationship Management CRM software system (called SimPro).
  • Receipt goods in to the warehouse and onto CRM, ensuring all items are correct and present.
  • Pack goods to send out, including printing delivery docket.
  • Keep stores neat, tidy and accurate.
  • Conduct stock takes using the CRM system
  • Keep engineers van stock up to date.
- prepare engineers materials for following week.

  • Pack goods for sending out including printing delivery docket.
  • Collect/deliver goods when necessary using the company vehicle.
Requirements and skills

  • Driving license.
  • Fork lift license.
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Proven experience as a stores person.
  • Knowledge of pipe and pipe fittings preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities and not afraid to pick up the phone.
  • Good IT skills.
