Description

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant experienced in working with children with SEND to join us as soon as possible.

The post will involve you supporting some of our wonderful children with complex needs to access the curriculum and classroom environment.

The Batt School is committed to inclusive provision and supports children with a wide range of additional needs.

You will work in a friendly team with supportive leadership and have access to training as appropriate to your role.


The role will be based at The Batt School in the first instance although staff do sometimes work across both St Mary's Infant School and The Batt under our Executive Headteacher.

This term time only post is offered. Hours are 31.25 a week across 5 days including half an hour lunch duty. Grade dependant on experience.


The Batt School is part of the Oxford Diocesan Schools' Trust (ODST), a multi-academy trust consisting of 41 schools across Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
