Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust provides a range of community health services for both physical and mental health conditions as well as specialist services supporting people of all ages across our three directorates.

We are excited to be recruiting for a Deputy Head of Nursing and Quality in the Directorate of Community Health Services (CHS) to lead our twelve Community Hospital Inpatient Wards alongside our Operational & Transformation Lead.

This new post will work alongside our two existing Deputy Heads of Nursing and Quality across this large Directorate which delivers adult nursing, therapy and specialist services such as continence and community specialist palliative care across a number of community hospitals, in patients own homes and in other settings.

It will be a very busy but rewarding role which will offer the postholder the opportunity to learn and grow professionally and personally as well as to make a difference to our patients and our organisation.
