Do you have reward experience in a professional services environment? Are you able to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of seniority?


Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a Reward Manager to join their Bristol or London team.


Your responsibilities will be:

  • Designing and implementing reward strategy
  • Producing regular management reports
  • Drafting and producing HR documents for Practice Groups
  • Working collaboratively to implement reward programmes and processes

Your skills:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with individuals at all levels of business
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to coach and mentor others as well as work collaboratively with the rest of the team
  • A strong understanding of reward strategy and implementation
