Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a Reward Manager to join their Bristol or London team.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Designing and implementing reward strategy
- Producing regular management reports
- Drafting and producing HR documents for Practice Groups
- Working collaboratively to implement reward programmes and processes
Your skills:
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with individuals at all levels of business
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Able to coach and mentor others as well as work collaboratively with the rest of the team
- A strong understanding of reward strategy and implementation
