**Part Time Customer Service Administrator
Desborough
Permanent
Part-time, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm (can be flexible)
£19,523 pro rata****Excellent benefits + product discounts
33 days' holiday inc bank holiday/flexible days**Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their Customer Service administration team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for liaising with customers and internal teams to meet customer requirements within SLA guidelines.

This role requires working full days on Monday and Tuesday - Wednesday to Friday can be shorter days; our client can also accommodate full days on Wednesday and Thursday also, with Friday off.

**As a Part Time

  • Customer Service Administrator, you will be supporting customer requests and be responsible for**:
  • Data entry using ERP system dealing with customer orders, within SLA guidelines.
  • Query management relating to order status, stock availability, and backorders.
  • Inputting data to customer B2B sites and facilitating delivery and receipt of all orders.
  • Provide cover during absence of other team members preparing paperwork and managing accounts.

Key experience and skills required for the Part Time -Customer Service Administrator:

  • Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
  • Customerfocused with experience in delivering exceptional customer support.
  • Ability to work as an individual whilst contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Have an eye for detail and accurate data entry.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude.
  • Good computer skills and efficiency MS Office
  • Outlook/Word /Excel.
