About the role
Our not-for-profit organisation has a great opportunity for you at our busy Head Office based in Frimley, Surrey. This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work 1 day per week from home.

As a vital part of the Head Office Team, reporting to the Financial Transactions Manager you will be key to ensuring that the Financial Transactions Team achieve their objectives and will help improve the quality of the finance function.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining close links with all Leaseholders and tenants managed by ELM Group to help ensure the smooth running of their accounts, encourage timely settlement thereof and pay special attention to retrieving any debts past due.

You will work co-operatively and positively with all departments, providing excellent service and support and advice.

  • A minimum of 2 years Finance Experience
  • Business to Customer experience
  • Team player
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel
  • Enjoys problem solving
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to plan and organise tasks efficiently.
  • Possess excellent communication skills

Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 9am to 5pm, 21 hours per week


Salary:
Circa £25 (Pro-rata'd) depending on experience
