Description

We are seeking a well-presented, articulate, reliable member of staff to provide concierge duties for our contract in South Harrow HA2.

Hours of work every week:
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00

Total 35 hours per week

Pay Rate

£10.42 per hour

Duties will include:
- handling requests from residents
- managing parking permits
- managing contractors
- monthly and weekly building checks
- meter readings
- maintaining bin area
- statutory health and safety checks of the building
- checking in and signing out of parcels
- watering plants
- mopping reception floor

Requirements:

- a passion for customer care and a sensitivity to clients needs
- account for previous 5 years
- right to work in the UK
- experience in customer facing environments
- ability to work on own initiative
- excellent organisational skills and a willingness to work flexibly and to tight deadlines
- data management and strong record keeping skills
