_What is the purpose of this job?_
To deliver excellence in customer service and hospitality to our onboard passengers ensuring that they have the very best journey experience with Avanti West Coast.
_What Skills do I need?_
- The ability to provide a consistently high level of performance and Customer Service.
- Good level of product and service knowledge
- Attention to detail and ability to solve problems
- Positive and proactive
- Great communication skills
Please not this is a 10-hours per week contract and Sundays only.
