Our client is an exciting, fast-growing creative agency who are looking to add an Account Manager to their team. They flex their services across a broad range of industry sectors delivering award-winning integrated campaigns.

As they are growing, they're on the hunt for an exceptional Account Manager who has a strong passion for the creative world who wants to develop and learn more.


Responsibilities:


Client management:

  • Managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests.
  • Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating, and seeking approval of any changes to these.
  • Ensuring all internal teams are aligned throughout the project to coordinate workflow.
  • Produce timing plans for projects and schedule studio resource/reviews appropriately.
  • Support the team shaping the strategic direction of the projects, while also supporting in the delivery of campaigns and being confident in voicing your opinion.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at Manager level.
  • Have the ability to think ahead and plan proactively with foresight.
  • Understand what decisions are within your remit, and what is not, and engage others accordingly to ensure that those who are accountable can assist and guide as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions, and next actions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business. Understand their pressures,
products, goals, and motivations, both on a project and business level.

  • Challenge client briefs with a focus on adding value.
  • Develop, maintain, and extend client relationships.

Financial management:

  • Full responsibility for the projects you are managing, keeping estimating, quoting,
monthly billing plans and invoicing up to date and maintained accurately to aid financial reporting.

  • Maintain a close eye on overspend.
  • Contribute to forecast and opportunity financials.

Skills and experience:


  • 2+ years agency experience.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Effective communicators, both verbal and written.
  • Commercially aware.
  • Flexible and able to solve problems.
  • Persuasive, able to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback.
  • Strong project management.
  • Selfmotivated.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects working effectively under pressure.
