We are currently looking for a Production Operative with the responsibility for working as part of the production team, producing products to specification and to the high quality expected by Mono Equipment customers.

What you'll be doing

You may be working on a production line or as part of a small assembly team, assembling equipment to customer specification
Packaging and labelling equipment
Manual handling in certain areas
Operating hand tools
Moving to different stations, allowing you to acquire new skills and gain a better understanding of the production process.

Is this role for you?

Be attentive to detail in all aspects of the role.
Be health and safety conscious with knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards and procedures.
Good concentration and attention to detail to quickly notice errors on the assembly line.
Strong teamwork skills, as this role involves working with others.
To have a flexible approach to help keep up with customer demands.
The ability to work with mínimal supervision, managing your own workload.
