**We have an attractive opportunity within a long established, friendly firm in Sussex for a Locum Family Solicitor to start from March for 3 months + in duration.
**The Opportunity
Our client, a friendly, full-service law firm, is seeking a Locum Family Solicitor to cover Paternity leave from March.

The firm require somebody to join them for a duration of 3 months initially with potential to extend beyond this point whilst they are recruitingon a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

The Locum would be responsible for a private family caseload to include:

Financial settlements
Divorce
Separation agreements
Children Act Cases
Pre and post nuptial agreements
Cohabitation agreements

Requirements:

Experience handling busy caseloads of private family matters
