A highly reputable and well-known ultra-prime Residential developer with a portfolio of bespoke high-End residential homes are looking for a Site Manager to join their South London based team.

The Site Manager's role

The Site Manager will be required on the development of a new bespoke family home in Wimbledon, where they will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills alongside their extensive knowledge in working on luxury Residential homes.

The Site Manager will report to the Construction Director based in South London and will be offered plentiful opportunities for progression and the development of their professional skillset.

The Site Manager

10+ years relevant construction experience
Experience in highend Residential / Bespoke properties essential
Strong construction knowledge essential
Background in trade preferrable
Full valid UK driving license
Willing to commute across Greater London (Initially to Wimbledon for this project)
