Key Responsibilities

Managing a team of service engineers / supervisors
Offer excellent customer support
Organise the service department with breakdown & project work
Supporting service team goals, growth & efficiencies

Background Required

Technical engineering background (Electrical or Mechanical)
Experience managing a team of service engineers
Ideally from a critical / special purpose machinery background
Electrically or mechanically qualified (HNC/D, Degree, or apprenticeship)
