Responsibilities:

Support building and growing EMIA pipeline of opportunities for Smart 3D and visualization solution for industrial project execution processes.
Together with the Industry Consultant, work with the Account Development Representatives team in training, developing messaging and support lead generation for Project Execution solution where S3D and visualisation is part of the solution package.
Assist the Industry Consultant in driving the growth of Project Execution solutions in "key growth areas" by working with local sales representatives and other Solution Consultants, through account plans and opportunities.
Assist the Industry Consultant in building & driving initiatives required to support the growth of HxGN ALI project execution solutions revenue within the region, working with local sales teams through account plans and opportunities.
Responsible for the adoption and execution of Go-ToMarket packages for project execution solutions where S3D and visualization is part of the package.
Work with marketing and Industry Consultant in building thought leadership pieces around Owner-Operator and EPC segments in project execution areas, with focus on 3D and visualisation solutions.
Be able to explain how a project digitaltwin solution with S3D and visualization can help achieve the business outcomes expected by prospects or defined by Industry Consultants.
Together with the Industry Consultant, deliver key campaigns, with the support of marketing, in the promotion of S3D and visualization solution individually or integrated with other project execution solutions in different growth markets.
Work closely with Industry Consultants in training & establishing the value of S3D and visualization solution in Fabrication, Construction and Handover processes in various industries.
Develop messaging for S3D and visualization solution with focus on key differentiators.

SME/Technical Pre-Sales:

Provide Subject Matter Expertise and the central point of contact for 3D CAD and visualisation solution in the region for presales engagements.
Develop and maintain repeatable demonstration systems and content for 3D and visualisation solution, or to a specific client's requirements against sales opportunities.
Support key customer engagements in delivering Proof of Concepts or Pilots for 3D CAD and visualisation solution against sales opportunities.
Work with new and/or existing clients to define their requirements, qualifying the fit of CADfocused project execution solutions and defining roadmap together with other members of the opportunity team.
Contribute to the development of sales proposals & technical services estimates for 3D CAD and visualization solution.
Provide technical content for tenders and RFxs as well as assist with benchmarks.
Liaise with Product Managers to understand product direction, maintaining an indepth knowledge of 3D and visualisation solution and be able manage the Sales Team and client expectations.
Liaise with Services teams to provide feedback to the product managers on field and based on customer requirements.
Participate with the Industry Consultant in the ideation and development of Go-ToMarket packages where 3D and visualisation solution are part of the package.
Work with Services team in reviewing technical and scoping documents and ensure the smooth transition from sales to delivery services.
Liaise with 3D and visualisation Solution Consultants in the region and other regions for lessons learned and best practice sharing.
Attend trade shows, seminars and user conferences and be capable of presenting technical papers, demonstrations and presentations.

Qualifications:

Degree qualification in engineering or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Knowledge about Industrial project execution with experience in detailed engineering.
Industrial construction (Including electromechanical assembly) project management using CAD 3D model to plan, execute and monitor it.
Advanced Workface Planning methodology using CAD 3D model.
Mechanical / Structural / Piping fabrication processes and 3D CAD support.
Process of updating Capital Asset information to asbuilt for handover to the Owner-Operator.

Skills and Experience:

Senior technical consultancy with customerfacing experience.
Typical experience: At least 5 years' experience with 2+ years of software development or software solution delivery.
Handson experience in implementing Hexagon ALI's project execution solutions (Smart 3D, Smart Interop Publisher, and optionally Smart Materials, Smart Construction, Smart Completions).
Good understanding of Design procedures with 3D models in Petrochemical / Oil & Gas / Power Sector / Mining Sector:
Proficient knowledge of Smart 3D (S3D) and customer presentations.
Proficient in building up / management of S3D catalog & specification.
