Description

This work will require you to travel in a radius primarily 30-50 miles North & West of Swansea. You must have your own insured vehicle.

You will visit and survey primarily empty homes providing energy reports, energy performance certification and detailed condition surveys on a case by case basis.

You may be asked to provide damp reports and provide recommendations for works. You must be proficient at report writing.

You will need your own tool-kit, hand-drill, digital camera, borescope and Protimeter to undertake this role.

You may be accredited via CIOB or RICS, although not essential but useful.

You must however, be an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor, preferably via Elmhurst.

This role is not full time and may suit someone seeking ad hoc work
