An exciting opportunity has arisen for
Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Copper Beech Day Nursery registered GOOD with OFSTED to provide Early Years care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years.


The post holder will be expected to work 30 hours per week on a two-week rota, 8-2pm week one and 12-6pm week two.


  • A full and relevant Level 2 qualification
  • At least one year's experience of working in an Early years/Childcare setting, or at least two years other suitable experience
  • Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge around Safeguarding principals and procedures.
  • Confident with IT including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work within the Christian ethos of The Salvation Army
  • Ability to work as part of a team
