Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering with an ambitious and high growth PE backed business in Bolton to recruit a newly qualified Acquisitions Accountant.

Responsibilities include:

Acquisition accounting and computation of opening balance sheets and adjustments to align to Group accounting policies
Partnering and liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth transition to all aspects of the Group's systems and processes, ensuring a joinedup approach across the business
Drive process and system improvements across various Group companies, increasing robustness of controls
Lead migration from acquisitions' legacy finance system to the Group's finance system and transition acquisitions to Group company's processes and controls
Create new analysis and reporting as required
Adhoc projects as required by Group Finance Director and Financial Controller

Our local Lancashire Axon Moore team recruit all accounting and finance roles from CFO to transactional finance on both a temporary and permanent basis.
