We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our dynamic team as an R&D/Product Development Assistant.

As an R&D/Product Development Assistant at MINERVA Research Labs, you will be involved in a range of dynamic and engaging activities.

In addition to supporting research and development initiatives, you will:

• Assist in the formulation and development of food supplements, from concept to commercialisation.
• Conduct clinical research on ingredients and market trends to assist in identifying and creating topquality formulas, that set new industry benchmarks/product innovation.
• Prepare, review and validate on pack labelling information.
• Translate complicated science into easy to understand and compelling product benefits and claims.
• Generate and maintain accurate technical datasheets, product information, analytical results, and product formulations.
• Participate in sensory evaluations and consumer studies to gather feedback on product prototypes.
• Create materials to engage, inspire and educate retail customers and consumers.
• Stay up to date with the latest scientific research and nutritional trends.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Quality Assurance, Operational to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
• Attend cosmetics and medical events across Europe.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in science, nutrition, food science, chemistry or pharmacy. Master's degree is a plus.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, committed, selfstarter, eager to learn with a cando attitude.
• Able to multitask and handle a fastpaced environment.
• Able to organise work towards deadlines and priorities on a daily basis.
• Detailoriented maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in all work.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret scientific data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or Japanese is beneficial.
• A minimum of 1 years' experience in the R&D/NPD within the food, pharmaceutical or food supplement industry is preferred.

Up to £25,000.00 per year
