The Opportunity


The role will involve identifying the material risks & opportunities to investors are, and to present them in a way in which our clients are able to understand the impact on the business plan.

You will be required to interface with the client directly as well as provide technical/ commercial inputs to other advisors in the process.


Projects may range from due diligence to market assessments, corporate strategy, business cases and feasibility studies and sustainable investment advisory.

You will partner closely with clients, providing investor-focused advice on potential acquisitions of infrastructure assets.

Project work will require a range of skills & duties including:

  • Advising clients on the technical, commercial and operational issues in relation to transport assets and infrastructure.
  • The research and analysis of data and documentation to identify key issues, risks, and opportunities facing companies and businesses.
  • Drafting of technical and commercial due diligence reports, with responsibility for consistency and quality.
  • Developing spreadsheet models for analysis, benchmarking, and forecasting of demand, revenue, and costs.


Our projects generally last between 4-6 weeks meaning in a year you can work on up to 12 different projects across a variety of assets and geographies, giving you exposure to a number of different assets and clients.

Our projects are fast-paced and provide you with opportunities to develop quickly whilst gaining a range of experience.


Is this role right for you?

  • You will ideally will have previous experience in commercial, economic, or financial analysis, and providing advice to public or private sector organisations. Previous due diligence experience and experience of working with infrastructure investors, lenders, and financial advisors is helpful, but not essential. A willingness to learn & adapt is most important here
  • You will ideally have experience within transport or the wider infrastructure sector and understanding of the underlying drivers of demand and revenue for infrastructure.
