Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday. Occasional shift work.


Salary:
_£21,500-22,000+_

As a Patient Support Representative, you'll be part of a friendly, supportive team where you'll be recognized for your contribution.


You will:


  • Be the first point of contact, providing an exceptional level of service to our patients and customers, resolving queries with a "One Call Resolution" approach.
  • Place monthly orders, paying close attention to detail and maintaining our records.
