Multi Trade Carpenter/

Plumber Operative Pay Rate:
£33,000 - £38,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week


Area:
South and West London


Responsibilities:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks with quality workmanship time after time
• Carry out repairs and maintenance relating to Carpentry, Plumbing and other Multi finishing tasks such as tiling, painting and decorating and more
• Inspect the quality of work and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver a "get it right once" mindset on every single job you undertake.
• Represent On The House with professionalism and a smile.

What You'll Need:

• A Multi Trade skill set
• Carpentry and Plumbing skills with over 3 years experience.
• A full driving licence.
• Evidence of previous completed works carried out
• Experience in residential properties or social housing.
