Graduate Sales Administrator

Amersham
Graduate sales Administrator urgently required for a specialist manufacturer near Amersham.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate or similar - Due to increased workload this newly created role within a busy Administration and sales team.


We see this as being what could be an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in a company where they will work as part of a small team and learn many aspects of business skills with the opportunity to progress.


The company is a growing UK manufacturer established for 50 years and a leader in its field with an excellent employee retention and development rate.


You will be supporting with Sales and logistics admin duties such as Invoicing, scheduling, chasing customers, setting up suppliers, chasing work orders, production flow to customers etc.

Background required

  • Excellent organisational and administration skills (on the job training will be given)
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential
- positive and flexible attitude and good communication skills)

  • Language skills an advantage (more than 75% of production is exported)
  • Must be able to drive due to location
