To lead, facilitate and be responsible for change management activities required to support the implementation of new systems/technologies and related processes associated primarily (but not exclusively) to clinical processes across the Royal Free

The post-holder will be an expert within their clinical domain and have an in
- depth knowledge of clinical best practice and use this knowledge and experience within the change management

The post-holder will work with key stakeholder groups (clinical and non clinical) and facilitate contribution from staff across the Trust to develop business and process change and support new improved ways of working to deliver benefits

You will be part of the clinical digitisation team.

You will be working closely with members of the Clinical Digitisation team under the supervision of the Chief Change Lead.
