Swarm Training is working with Rubix M&E in their search for a Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer apprentice.

Rubix M&E is a market-leading specialist in the Mechanical & Electrical Engineering industry, supplying workforce and professional recruitment solutions across Building Services & Facilities Management, Power & Utilities, Energy and Manufacturing.


This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in a career in recruitment and joining an exciting and rewarding industry.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there will be a full-time position available for the right person.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Liaise with account managers to ensure the recruitment process is seamless
  • Assist with the onboarding process

Working Week
Working hours will be from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

During your working hours, you must complete a minimum of 6 hours per week of study time with tutor support working towards the Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer qualification.

This role will be office-based.
