The opportunity
We are looking for a forward thinking People Partner to join our dynamic people function at Iris HQ.

The opportunity is perfect for a confident, culturally aware and talented individual who loves working with people and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

The focus of our People team is to deliver against our People Powered strategy to ensure a progressive culture.
How you'd spend your day

  • You will ensure a progressive experience for our people through the entire People life cycle.
  • Developing and continuously improving the people processes to add value to the agency and effectiveness within the team.
  • Build strong relationships at all levels across the agency. You will be a trusted advisor to managers and leaders across the agency.
  • Coach and develop our leaders to equip them with the right skills and behaviours to lead their departments and teams.
  • Provide expert advice, coaching managers to resolve any people issues.
  • Partner with managers and leaders to create a people plan in order to influence lasting change.
  • Continually keeping up to date and expanding your knowledge on legal developments.
    What we're looking for
  • An experienced People Advisor or Junior People Partner, ideally from a startup or a constantly evolving/ entrepreneurial/ creative company.
  • An effective problem solver and innovative thinker, who can collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills the ability to analyse data, understand trends and make recommendations based on the analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
  • Effective consulting and coaching skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • CIPD qualification is preferred, but not essential.
