Description

We are an investment company that owns childcare nurseries, barbershops, hair salons, etc.

We are looking for a handyman who can help once or twice a week with any maintenance work around the shops/nurseries.

We need someone who is flexible and can commute to Bankside/London Bridge SE1.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties
Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment
Install or assemble new fixtures, appliances, and equipment
Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Handle routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and filters

Skills:

Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
Proficient in using hand and power tools
Ability to troubleshoot and problemsolve effectively
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
