Description
Answering all telephone calls and being the first port of call for the business.

  • Ensure all quotes are actioned.
  • Dealing with all incoming customer queries.
  • Checking Social Media, including Facebook, Google Business and tagging Waterworx on all Social Media channels.
  • Schedule engineer jobs on Tradify when customers call in to book work.
  • Taking initial customer enquiries in line with the agreed process, escalating as appropriate to Team Leader and Directors.
  • Booking jobs on Tradify our CRM system.
  • Reviewing and improving processeswe encourage you to share any ideas you may have.
  • Returning calls in a timely manner.
  • Calling customers for any unaccepted quotes found.
  • Assisting with generating revenue at all available opportunities, including such things as unaccepted quotes to maximise sales, making calls to customers and prospective agencies etc.
  • Promote the company and be an advocate for Waterworx.
  • Assisting with other admin duties such as invoicing, chasing up payments and ordering parts for engineers.
  • Assist as required with duties aligned to those for Waterworx and crossing over with the company Energyworx.
  • Any other reasonable duties as specified by the company.

Answering customer calls, queries.


Ensuring engineer jobs are accurately scheduled on Tradify in the correct geographical area in order to maximise work time and reduce travelling for engineers when taking the initial call.

Ensuring equal distribution of work with other members of the admin team.


Work in a cohesive manner with colleagues to ensure all jobs are completed and all parts of the job are thoroughly checked to ensure accuracy.

Experience (preferred)

  • Proven experience in a receptionist/helpdesk and administrative role.
  • Proven experience in a fastpaced office environment.
  • Used to no day being the same, having to think fast and use initiative.
  • Suitable for someone who really enjoys everyday being different and busy.

Salary:
£21,500.00-£23,500.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Reception/Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
