Service Advisor needed in Nuneaton

Commercial main dealer
Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience, plus bonus

Working hours: Monday

Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm hours
Lucrative Bonus scheme
Previous Service Advisor experience needed

Greet and assist customers, noting their service needs.
Estimate service costs and explain charges clearly.
Schedule appointments, ensuring efficient workshop utilization.
Communicate service updates to customers promptly.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain accurate service records and history.

A Competitive Basic Salary Negotiable On Experience + Monthly Bonus
40 Hour Week Monday To Friday
23 Days Holiday + Birthday Off + Bank Holidays
