We have an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our team at Your Move. We have a position available for a Sales Negotiator within our local Edinburgh Branch.

As a negotiator you will be responsible for handling front end business and interaction between all clients, whether they are buying or selling property.

Job Overview:

Answer incoming inquires from prospective sellers or buyers.
Organising and arranging appointments valuations, viewings etc.
Conducting Viewings at property
Stock Management
Offer and Sale Negotiations
Cross selling services and products

Experience & Skills

Customer Service
Sales experience
Drivers License
Estate Agency experience is favorable but not essential (full training will be given)

You will be offered an on target earnings of £25,000 per annum. We have a generous commission pay scheme with uncapped earnings and opportunities for "Top Achiever" awards and recognition. Saturdays will be part of your 5 day working week, on a rotational basis. There are numerous employee benefits which include a company pension scheme.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
