Office Manager - Stevenage, United Kingdom - Reed Business Support
Description
Reed are working with a pharmaceutical organisation with offices based in Stevenage and are looking to hire an Office Manager. This is a brand new role for the business, and they are looking for someone to start quickly with a view to transferringon to a permanent contract.
Duties in the role:
- Support all Department Heads with general admin support: diary management, creating reports and presentations, typing up correspondence etc
- Managing the office space including stationary orders, setting up meeting rooms, managing facilities contracts and third party suppliers
- Maintaining the company HR system, updating employee records, and managing employee absence and holiday logs
Who are we looking for?
- Someone who enjoys a varied workload and acting as a central point of contact who can assist all members of staff
- You will need to be discreet and be able to demonstrate previous experience working with confidential documentation and senior staff members
- Previous experience within a Senior Business Support/Administration, Office Manager, Office Assistant etc position
The Job:
- Salary of up to £35,000
- Temp to Perm position (ASAP start)
- Free Parking
- 25 Days Holiday
