Role

Our client who are based in Fenton, Stoke on Trent are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team and hit the ground running.

This client is a bespoke joinery company who supply to the commercial, leisure, healthcare, education and fit-out sectors.

Duties and responsibilities
GRN site deliveries.
Process invoices.
Chase POD's.
Statement reconciliation / Supplier Payments.
Natwest Bankline.
Subcontractor Invoices / Payments / Statements.
Card payments.
Daily Cashbook.
Some H & R on Atlas Citation.
Expenses.
Support the finance director when required.
Bank receipts.
Odd PO when required.
Accounts calls.
Nominal reconciliation (small amount month end) subcontractors

Skills and experience
Previous experience of working as a finance assistant would be preffered.
