We are looking for a practice manager_ _
for our picturesque 8 surgery site located in the centre of Banbury.

Based centrally with excellent transport routes and discounted parking available
Plenty of local amenities close by
Established team including a Head Nurse, Head Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator
An advanced, fully digital practice with stateoftheart equipment
Private Managers office and spacious staff room
Practices offers specialisms such as implants, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry
Hours across Mon-Fri with no weekends

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with selfemployed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
