    Description

    Join Our Passionate Team of Educators

    We are seeking an Hourly Paid Lecturer to join our team at Educators Wales.

    The successful candidate will have a relevant degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), or be prepared to obtain this. They will also have up-to-date knowledge and experience of course delivery, particularly for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver the curriculum content of programmes effectively and efficiently.
    • Plan, develop, and evaluate learning materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.
    • Develop excellent interpersonal skills to relate to a wide range of students.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant degree and PGCE certificate.
    • Experience of delivering courses to SEN students.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to motivate all learners.
