PURPOSE
To assist in busy office to co-ordinate service for our clients
ABOUT US
We are a service business, providing public health pest control, commercial grounds maintenance and winter maintenance services through primarily the EH postcode sector.
PAY
On basis training programme has been met.
HOURS
Monday to Friday
HOLIDAYS
28 days per annum (pro rata for period March to Nov)
MAIN
DUTIES
Working within our busy service office, you will learn to provide our customers with excellent service by liaising with customers, technicians and other stake holders to ensure works required are scheduled as necessary.
Preparing technicians stock equipment
Carrying out customer service questionnaires
Other general office admin requirements.
What we need from you
Have the ability to plan work loads to be self sufficient i.e multi tasking.
Good time keeping and the ability to get to our office in Dalkeith
Job Types:

Salary:
£24,000.00 per year
