Edison Pope are currently looking to recruit Cover Supervisors for a number of schools in the Preston area.

Are you currently working as a day-to-day cover supervisor looking for a permanent role or a Teaching Assistant interested in a cover supervisor role?

This could be the ideal role for you

The Role

Provide classroom management and pupil support in the absence of a teacher.
Deliver a preplanned lesson.
Work through provided resources and encouraging learning.
Handover and report back to the cover manager or department head

What we are looking for

Someone with a passion for education.
Someone looking to gain valuable classroom experience.
Flexibility and availability at short notice.
Previous experience of working with children would be beneficial.
