The role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part time Assistant Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and loyal team in our Poole 24 hour Hospital.

Our practice has a friendly, loyal client base who appreciate the personal service we provide.
You will have a fantastic team of Vets, Nurses and Receptionists around you for support.

We are looking for a confident all rounder preferably a certificate holder in Laparoscopy and or Small Animal surgery or working towards one.

Or if you have an interest in doing a certificate we would be happy to fund one.

This role requires a motivated vet to work confidently in a busy environment with the ability to make sound clinical judgement.

This role is for 2 days per week with a 1:6 full weekend which is equivalent 21 hours per week so if you are looking for that elusive work life balance then look no further

Poole 24hr is situated in the heart of the costal town on the south coast. Close to beaches and countryside. It also has good rail links to links to London.
