Description
We currently have immediate vacancies for Temporary Production Operatives. Successful applicants will be required to fulfil a support role within production after training. These positions are Temporary initially and may become permanent.


Essential Criteria:


  • Numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Manual dexterity
  • Flexible and organised
  • Ability to work to targets unsupervised and on own initiative
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work 3 shifts on a rotational basis

Rate of pay:


During training the pay is minimum wage plus a 20% shift uplift and a night shift allowance when on nights.


Following successful completion of training the rate of pay will increase to £12.20 per hour with a night shift allowance when on nights.

This will increase again when made permanent

Interviews will be arranged on an on-going basis until positions are filled


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 6-9 months


Salary:
Up to £12.20 per hour
